Sharing Space at Stanley Avenue School

Whilst reflecting on the Stanley Avenue 'Sharing Space' for 2010 I came across an email from Jamin Lietze inviting me to add to his work on e-portfolios.  I am very impressed with his interpretation of what an e portfolio should be and especially like the student centred approach he takes to this.

Leavers of 2010

We farewell a fantastic group of leaders this year. 

During the leavers function we took the oportunity to thank all our year eights for their contributions they have made to Stanley Avenue School.  This wonderful group of students have helped make Stanley Avenue the positive, happy school it is.  We wish these students all the best for college!

A Shared vision (With a Twist)

Below is the powerpoint presentation of the talk I gave to a group of first time principals at their conference in Auckland.  It outlines how the vision of our Stanley Avenue Learner has helped our learning community.  It also demonstrates how some technologies have such potential to enhance learning.
